My daughter is using this for school and found a few tears in her backpack after using for less than 2 months. The seller was quick to send a replacement.I bought this backpack for college and the delivery was quite fast, but that's besides the point. The backpack itself is very sleek and the design is nice. Lots of storage...and I mean a lot. There are so many compartments I don't even know what to put in there. However, it is heavy and gets heavy quickly. The design of the backpack gives maximum comfort, given that I'd be carrying a heavy backpack with the pads and my electronics as well. I do really like the backpack and the inside of the backpack is a waterproof (like) material so that's good. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and it works exactly like it is supposed to.I bought this backpack for school, and it fits everything I need (books, binder, laptop, lunch...). I haven't tested out its water resistance yet, although it does seem to be a very thick material that probably wouldn't absorb liquid. The material is very sturdy and well made. My only complaint is that it can't stand up on its own--when you set it down it tips over on its side. But other than that, it's a great backpack, and I love the colors.I wanted something small, sturdy and able to make it from the car to school in the rain. I can fit a college book, 3 ring binder and a 5 subject notebook plus a small laptop. I also carry my phone, calculator and glass case.
