Once the loop ripped, the straps also started to come out at the seams. I took the bag to Disney and had it filled with four plastic water bottles and three cooler packs. I did not think the amount was anywhere near the equivalent weight of 40 cans, so I am quite disappointed that it ripped. Unable to return because the window closed after we returned from our trip. What a bummer! I do not recommend this product.The logo was upside downMy husband took this cooler to a 3 day festival and it kept ice for over 24 hrs and never leaked all 3 days. I honestly didn't have high expectations for this since I bought it on a good sale but it is much better than I ever expected.
