I would give 5 stars if the front had a zipper pocket instead of the flap for the convenience and ease of access to what you need instead of flipping and digging. Still a really nice bag though.I absolutely love this bag! I use it to carry my laptop and two small notebooks, my laptop is a MacBook Air so it’s super light...however even with the relatively lightweight items, the adjustment straps are starting to fray a bit ? It’s so sad but it’s an easy fix, such an amazing bag otherwise! The print hasn’t faded at all, it’s amazing and I’m so happy with this purchase!My daughter loves this bag. It looks exactly like the picture but better. Customer service was excellent since we had a hiccup with USPS marking our house as vacant so they had to ship us another one. They were very helpful and stayed in contact with us until we received the backpack. Will order from them again.Bought as a gift for my boyfriend.
